We provide marketing and client acquisition services for salons and hair loss businesses, including advertising, booking pages, automation and AI-assisted follow-up. Any paid engagement with us is governed by a separate written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls.

3. SMS and calling program

Program: KUBICSALON appointment and enquiry messages. When you provide your phone number and agree to be contacted, you may receive calls and text messages about your enquiry, booked calls, confirmations, reminders and related updates. Some may be sent or made by an automated or AI assistant.

• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to cancel text messages at any time. After you send STOP, we will send one message confirming you have been unsubscribed.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent to receive messages is not a condition of buying any service.
